When it come to health and fitness, I truly believe that it's a marathon. I'm not going to try and lie to you and give you some "Super Shredder Program" or some "30 Day Challenge" because I just don't believe in it. People work every day and have lives to live, and children to feed. So you don't have the time to keep starting from scratch when the latest "QUICK FIX" challenge comes around, and fails you. I WILL NOT. I have spent over half of my life in the gym, learning and honing my craft, as well as studying the nature of true nutrition and health development. I will not lie to you. Progress takes TIME, and WORK, but when you have a coach that truly cares about helping you on the correct path, you will achieve your goals without fail. And I care, because I was you.
